In the past, booking wedding photographers was difficult. You’d ask a friend for a recommendation, or reach out to get quotes from multiple places. Nobody was transparent about their availability and many weren’t clear about the price either. Our mission is to provide a modern, stress-free booking experience, so that you can spend time planning your lives together; not your wedding. That’s why we vet all our photographers for quality, ensure their prices are the same or less than advertised elsewhere and publish availability online.

How to use our website
- Go to the homepage
- Check photographer availability by entering your wedding venue location and wedding date
- Scroll through the list of photographers available for your date and location
- Select any filters you’d like to apply. For example you could filter by price, and the number of hours you need a photographer. When you’ve selected your filters click ‘Filter’.
- Click on any listing to view it. From the listing you can check the photographer’s availability, message a photographer, watch their intro video, view their photo gallery and book them directly through the listing. To book a photographer, click the book now button and you’ll be taken to the checkout page.
- At checkout you’ll be asked to confirm the venue address and wedding date. The platform will automatically check the photographer’s diary to make sure they are available before moving on to payment.
- If you are booking more than 30 days in advance then you pay a 20% deposit now, and we’ll collect the balance 30 days before the wedding from the same payment card. The deposit is fully refundable for 30 days, as long as the wedding is more than 30 days away. If you are booking less than 30 days in advance then you’ll pay the full amount at the time of booking.
- Once the payment is made, your photographer will contact you to arrange the details.
