HOW TO USE WEDISSIMO
- Go to the homepage
- Check supplier availability by entering your wedding venue location and wedding date

- Scroll through the list of suppliers available for your date and location
- Select any filters you’d like to apply. For example you could filter by price, and the number of hours you need. When you’ve selected your filters click ‘Filter’.

- Click on any listing to view it. From the listing you can check the supplier’s availability, message them, watch their intro video, view their photo gallery and book them directly through the listing. To book a supplier, enter your details and click the ‘Reserve’ button. You will be taken to the checkout page to confirm your booking.


- If you are booking more than 90 days in advance the 22.5% deposit is split into two instalments: you can pay 10% at the time of booking and the remaining 12.5% after 30 days. The final balance will then be collected automatically 30 days before the wedding from the same payment card.
If you are booking less than 90-30 days in advance you can pay the 22.5% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance 30 days before the wedding
If you are booking less than 30 days in advance then you pay upfront
The deposit is fully refundable for 30 days after booking, as long as the wedding is more than 30 days away when you cancel. - Once the payment is made, you’ll receive an email with your supplier’s phone number so you can get in touch and arrange the details.

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel and get a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of booking, and your wedding is more than 30 days away.
How do I pay?
Payments are taken automatically via Stripe. You can manage your attached bank details by going to the ‘Payment Methods’ tab on your wedissimo profile.
Is travel included?
Yes, it is. On wedissimo, the price you see is the price you pay, so the package total includes any travel costs.
How can I talk to the supplier?
You can message them on the platform or book a video call to have a proper chat. Buttons to do this are on each supplier’s profile and listings.
Do I have to pay to use wedissimo?
